In the Delivery team, projects don’t just start, they get completed. One of the people making that happen at Nuuka is Joona Hovi, who works as a Project Manager. Joona is responsible for delivering customer projects from start to finish. In practice, this means working closely with customers and configuring Nuuka’s systems so that data collection, diagnostics, AI features, and indoor-climate monitoring work as intended. The role combines project management, technical problem-solving, and customer collaboration, which is exactly what makes it interesting.

How Joona joined Nuuka
Joona found his way to Nuuka through a colleague’s recommendation. Changing jobs wasn’t originally part of the plan, but applying turned out to be the right decision. This March, Joona will celebrate four years at Nuuka, he says that time has gone by quickly. Before joining Nuuka, Joona worked in international logistics, managing shipments of sensitive materials around the world. The role taught him responsibility and problem-solving under pressure, although it could also be stressful at times.

A typical day in the Delivery team can include: • customer meetings • project configuration work • troubleshooting technical issues • responding to customer questions and • delivering or installing sensors According to Joona, the variety is one of the best parts of the job.
